Processing Times

All Top Dog Gear products are handmade to order with care!

Our current processing time is 2–4 weeks (10–20 business days) before your order is ready for shipping or pickup. This does not include shipping transit time.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability and seasonal demand. If we anticipate any significant delays, we will contact you.

Please keep in mind that selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up our production time.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders are shipped through Canada Post and include tracking and insurance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on Canadian orders over $125 CAD!

Please note:

• Free shipping is calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and shipping.
• PO Box addresses are excluded from free shipping.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

PO Box Shipping

We can ship to PO Box addresses through Canada Post.

Due to additional shipping costs, a flat rate of $25 CAD applies to PO Box orders, regardless of order value.

PO Box orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Local Pickup — Cambridge, Ontario

Prefer to pick up your order? We offer FREE porch pickup in Cambridge, Ontario!

Our pickup locker is accessible daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup notification with instructions and the pickup location.

Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

United States Shipping

Shipping to the United States is currently unavailable due to tariffs and cross-border shipping restrictions.

We are monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipping to our U.S. customers when possible.

International Shipping

International standard shipping is $25 CAD.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, customs or carrier disruptions may occur.
