GOLD AMBASSADOR — TIER 3

SMALL BUSINESS AMBASSADOR
Designed for small businesses that want to collaborate with Top Dog Gear and share our products with their communities.

Ambassador discounts apply to eligible purchases for your own dogs only. Upgrades and products from other vendors, including E-Collar Technologies and Herm Sprenger, are excluded.

HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
Our Ambassador Program operates on three four-month terms throughout the year.

Ambassadors are selected for a specific term, with opportunities to apply again as the next term approaches.
Throughout each term, ambassadors share content featuring their Top Dog Gear products, participate in community activities and promote their personal follower discount codes.
WEEKLY CHALLENGES
Every week, we introduce a new creative challenge to encourage our ambassadors to have fun with their dogs and their gear.
Challenges might involve showing off a favourite colour combination, sharing a training adventure or getting creative with a product feature.
Participation is optional, but every participating ambassador is entered into a draw for $25 in TDG store credit.
We also hold a monthly draw for a $100 TDG gift card, with accepted collaborative posts earning entries.
YOUR PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE
Every ambassador receives a unique follower discount code to share with friends, family and followers.
Your followers receive 15% off eligible online purchases, while you earn store credit based on your ambassador tier for every five qualifying uses.
It's our way of saying thank you for helping spread the word about Top Dog Gear!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need a large social media following to apply?
Not necessarily! We value authentic content, genuine engagement and enthusiasm for our products. Having a smaller, engaged community can be just as meaningful.
Do I need to own Top Dog Gear products already?
Our ambassadors are expected to create content featuring Top Dog Gear products. Applicants should be interested in using and sharing our gear throughout their term.
Can I apply if I've never been an ambassador before?
Absolutely! Our Bronze tier is designed for new ambassadors. Returning ambassadors may become eligible for higher tiers after completing the required terms.
Do ambassadors receive free products?
Complimentary products and collaborations may be offered to selected ambassadors depending on availability and current marketing needs. Free products are not guaranteed.
How long does an ambassador term last?
Each term lasts four months. Applications are required for Bronze and Silver ambassadors each term, while Gold and Small Business roles are reviewed annually.
Can I represent other brands?
We ask our ambassadors not to promote competing BioThane gear brands or participate in other BioThane ambassador programs during their active Top Dog Gear term.
Are weekly challenges mandatory?
No! Weekly creative challenges are optional. However, ambassadors are still expected to meet the minimum posting requirements for their tier.
